Dell has updated it’s popular Vostro laptop with some new specs to make it even more tastier in the eyes of consumers. The new laptop, called the V131, is focused on small business users or high end consumers and has tech that reflects this.
Powered by either Intel Core i3 or i5 processors which is fed by up to 2GB of DDR3 RAM with all that juice powering a 64-bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium. Storage comes in the form of a 320GB hard drive alongside a battery that can power all that typing for up to 9.5 hours if you opt for the higher end option. The screen is a 13.3″ WLED high-definition with anti-glare which makes working easier.
Premium features also make an appearance such as USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI connection and a back-lit keyboard if you want it. A nice touch is the jack at the back of the laptop which pushes the rear upwards making the machine cooler and easier to work on. Finger print reading is also standard for increased security, especially for business users.
As with all Dell‘s, the Vostro V131 is only available online now in either cherry red or silver from $499.
